At 19, I left my hometown to pursue a Bachelor’s in Law, driven by curiosity about how large corporations are structured, how they make strategic decisions, and how they address challenges. Growing up as a millennial, I witnessed firsthand the transformation of manual services into technological solutions, which sparked my passion for organizations that embrace innovation and quickly adapt to the evolving needs of society, especially by leveraging technology. After years of providing tailored compliance guidance to small and medium-sized clients - conducting due diligence, supporting legal enforcement, and aligning advice with regulatory requirements and business objectives - I stepped into Digital Law in a multi-jurisdictional environment across Brazil. Daily engagement in high-level legal discussions on technology and collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine strategies shaped my expertise and elevated my career. I later moved to Europe, where I entered the compliance field, handling contract renewal procedures, carrying out KYC onboarding checks, providing advisory support to stakeholders, and implementing documentation processes to ensure full regulatory adherence.
